Red Newt 2013 Merlot

On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and easy to drink. The flavor profile is black cherry and fruit cake blend with notes of cedar. Hints of sage, light chocolate and a touch of strawberry at the very end. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and mild tannins fade away nicely.
